It's been awhile!

I do think about my blog once in awhile - I just write it my head I guess. It's been a couple of years, lots of changes. Bob has passed and replaced by Millie the Murderous. After Bob left me i waited for the Cosmic Cat Dispensement System to deliver a new one and boy did it ever! My neighbor had a friend that needed to rehome her cat - the cat had taken up offing her mother's show rabbits and wouldn't stop. She is a ragdoll ( I had to look it up) which means she's an actual breed. She's fluffy, cute and will kill everything - we have no mice at all. If I suspect we have one I just leave the cabinet doors open at night and the body is left on the floor. we had been keeping her indoors but got tired of trying to keep her in so she now goes out and is allowed to go on killing sprees til mid-afternoon. 

The girls are crazy about her, she is really cute and super fluffy. Speaking of which, the girls are NINE. No, I have no idea how that happened but it did. They're here for a week before Jackson comes to collect them and take them back to San Diego for the summer, then a week here again and then back to school. And yes, they occasionally get a little homesick but it's quickly resolved with a facetime - we have been taking them for extended times and then they spend the summers with Dad and Amy so i think they've never known anything different. They enjoy where ever they are and that's certainly not a bad thing. As for me I will be at my job for 6 years in August - sometimes I can' t believe we've been here that long. I do miss West Virginia still but that remains in my rear view. This, at least for now, is home.
